General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the betnga platform and the user ("you" or "member"). By accessing or using betnga through the website, mobile version or any other medium, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

betnga is an online gaming and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. The platform offers casino games, slots, cricket betting and other gaming products. All services are operated with full Bengali language support.

1.1 Definitions

The key terms used in these conditions have the following meanings:

• "Platform" — the betnga website and all related services.
• "Member" — any registered user.
• "Account" — each member's own registered profile.
• "Funds" — money held in the account.

1.2 Applicable Law

Account Registration and Eligibility

The following eligibility conditions must be met to open an account and use services on betnga:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a human — the use of automated bots or software is prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be completely true and accurate.
• Each individual may open only one account.
• If the same device, IP address or payment method is linked to multiple accounts, those accounts may be identified as belonging to the same person.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for ensuring the security of your account. Please keep the following in mind:

• Do not share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone.
• If you believe the security of your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of someone else is strictly prohibited.
• betnga will not be liable for any unauthorized transactions on an account if they occur due to the user's negligence.

2.3 Updating Information

If any of your personal details change — such as phone number, email or payment method — it is your responsibility to inform our support team immediately. betnga will not be responsible for any transaction issues caused by incomplete or incorrect information.

Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

3.1 KYC Verification Process

betnga follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. Identity verification may be required in the following situations:

• When requesting a withdrawal for the first time.
• When completing a large-value transaction.
• When unusual activity is detected on the account.
• Whenever betnga considers it appropriate.

3.2 Required Documents

For verification, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A clear copy of your National Identity Card (NID).
• A valid passport.
• Birth registration certificate (for proof of age).
• A recent bank statement or utility bill (for address verification).

Withdrawal requests may be put on hold until verification is complete. betnga reserves the right to restrict or close an account if the required documents are not submitted.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following terms apply to depositing money on betnga:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.
• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Use only payment accounts registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

The following terms must be followed to withdraw winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the deposit payment method — bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification is not complete.
• If the wagering requirements on bonus funds have not been met, that portion cannot be withdrawn.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

Compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy is mandatory for betnga. In the case of suspicious transactions, betnga may suspend the transaction, request additional verification or notify the relevant authorities.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

betnga offers a welcome bonus for new members. The terms of this bonus are as follows:

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (10x).
• Example 1: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000.
• Example 2: deposit ৳18,000 and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳26,000.
• To receive the bonus, the bonus option must be active on the first deposit after registration.

5.2 Wagering Terms

The following conditions must be met to make bonus funds withdrawable:

• The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times.
• There may be a specific time limit to complete the wagering — this will be communicated at the time the bonus is received.
• Not all games may contribute equally to wagering requirements — contact support for details.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus funds may be cancelled.

5.3 Promotion Abuse

betnga actively monitors to prevent bonus abuse. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse and may result in bonus cancellation and account closure:

• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Using low-risk betting strategies for the purpose of claiming a bonus.
• Matched betting or related activities.

5.4 Other Promotions

betnga may offer various promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions which will be published at the time of the promotion. If there is any conflict between these general terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific terms will apply.

Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Terms

The following general rules apply to all games operated on betnga:

• Each game has its own rules — read the game rules before playing.
• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, betnga will review and determine the result.
• The result recorded on the betnga server will be considered final.

6.2 Sports Betting

Additional terms apply for betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments) and other sports:

• Odds may change at any time — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, funds may be refunded or the bet cancelled in accordance with betnga's rules.
• In any dispute regarding the timing of a live bet, the server timestamp is final.

6.3 Casino Games

The results of slots, live casino, and other casino games are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG). betnga conducts regular audits to ensure fair play.

6.4 Maximum Win Limit

Maximum win limits may apply to certain games or betting categories. These limits can be found in the game display or through the support team.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betnga platform. Violating these terms may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Using automated bots or software to play games or place bets.
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability on the platform.
• Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Threatening, harassing, or mistreating other members.
• Engaging in collusion or fraudulent activities.
• Matched betting or bonus abuse.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor access to gaming.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by betnga

betnga may suspend or close an account at any time without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Involvement in prohibited activities described in Section 7.
• Registering with false information.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• No activity on the account for an extended period (inactive account).
• When self-exclusion is activated at the member's own request.

8.2 Closure by Member

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Before the account is closed:

• All active bets must be settled.
• Bonus funds will be cancelled if the wagering requirements have not been met.
• A withdrawal of remaining funds (regular betting balance) may be requested.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If an account has had no login or transaction for 12 months or more, it may be marked as "inactive". In such cases, betnga may review the account.

9.1 Data Collection and Use

Limitation of Liability

11.2 Liability for Financial Loss

betnga will not be held liable for any financial loss incurred by a member as a result of gaming activities. Participation in gaming is entirely a personal decision and carries financial risk. Only use funds as bets that you can afford to lose.

11.3 Third-Party Content

Content from third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and others) may be available on betnga. Their own terms and conditions apply to the results and operations of those providers' games.

Changes to Terms

betnga reserves the right to amend or change these terms and conditions at any time. For any significant changes:

• The updated terms and conditions will be published on the platform.
• The "Last Updated" date will be revised.
• For important changes, members may be notified by email or via a notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms and conditions are published will be considered your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
